Connect your team

Three ways in — pick how your team's email is hosted. Your onboarding wizard tracks each step and checks it off as DocRunner sees it complete.

Read-only Gmail via domain-wide delegation — captures sent and received. Agents change nothing.

1

Tell us your roster

List the mailboxes that touch deal documents — coordinators included. Staff who never handle contracts aren't read and aren't billed.

2

Authorize DocRunner in your Admin console

Open Domain-wide Delegation (admin.google.com → Security → Access and data control → API controls → Manage Domain Wide Delegation) and click Add new. Copy each value into its matching field, then click Authorize — both scopes go in the one OAuth scopes field, comma-separated. Just saved it? Google can take a few minutes to switch it on.

Client ID
106406878189391648587
OAuth scopes (both together, comma-separated)
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.readonly, https://www.googleapis.com/auth/admin.directory.user.readonly
Both read-only: Gmail captures roster mail; Directory only lets “Pull in my mailboxes” list your users. DocRunner can never send as your team or read non-roster staff.
3

Create DocRunner's user in Paperless Pipeline

Add yourteam@mail.docrunner.app as an admin-level licensed user with access to all transactions — not "own transactions only". That's the only step — no need to add it to any individual transactions: with full access it sees them all automatically, and the activation email comes to us so DocRunner sets itself up. (If it ever can't, your wizard hands you the link to set a password yourself.)

You stay in control: remove our user in Paperless anytime and DocRunner is locked out instantly. We only ever add — never delete.
4

Send a test document

Forward any old contract to yourteam@mail.docrunner.app. Within ~2 minutes it appears in Paperless, named and filed — and your wizard flips to Live.
